Our low gluten wafers are approved for use in the Catholic Mass by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. They are made of wheat starch and water. The gluten content of our low gluten wafer is below 20 parts per million. The baking of the low gluten wafers is done in a dedicated bakery on dedicated equipment not used for our regular altar bread production. The breads are packaged in bags of 10 and placed in a box which is then sealed with a label. They are made of gluten free wheat starch and water. The gluten content of all of our low gluten wafers is below 20 parts per million making it truly gluten free. However, due to FDA regulations, we cannot label these breads gluten free because they are made from wheat. Shelf life is guaranteed for 1 year.

We ship our orders via UPS and US Postal service. Shipments are billed at the prevailing rates for either shipping method. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and product. Call us an we will initiate a damage claim.  Custom items are non-returnable and require a signature on a quote before we place your order.

Return policy for in store purchases:

  • Product must be in the original store packaging
  • Must have Sales receipt
  • If no sales receipt, credit will be issued by a Tally’s Gift Certificate
